Return Policy

We understand that ordering online can sometimes be difficult and a return or exchange is necessary. Our goal is to make sure that you have the best shopping experience at the Brick Wall Boutique, where we promise you, good vibes and great fashion

Please review our return/exchange policy below before sending an item back.  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

Exchanges:

Please note that an exchange is only for the exact same item in a different size. We have a limited number of each style featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. Luckily, we feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, and we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email as soon as possible! 

  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • All sale items and vintage items are sold as is and are final sale. These items can not be returned, exchanged or issued store credit.  No exceptions. 
  • The item you are returning must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached.
  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. 
  • If we are currently sold out of the size you need, we are unable to process an exchange and you should refer to the Return instructions below.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your exchange once it is received.

Returns:

We know that ordering things online can be a difficult as you can not try anything on or touch the items, and because of that we try our best to be return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

  • Any items that you purchased must be returned within 30 days of purchase and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a gift card for the original purchase price. 
  • All sale items and vintage items are sold as is and are final sale. These items can not be returned, exchanged or issued store credit.  No exceptions. 
  • Include your return form and original receipt. 
  • The item you are returning must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached.
  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days. 
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.

    Defective or Damaged Items:

    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected and no refund will be given.

    • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.
    • Take pictures of the defective or damaged area and e-mail the images to brickwallboutique@gmail.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
    • Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
    • Include your order number, your first and last name, and the item description.
    • Brick Wall Boutique will reach out to you within 48 hours.
